Our 2010 annual meeting was held at the Flower Mound police station on November 10. The meeting was called to order by Board President Mike Carrell at 7:00 p.m. For the first time in many years, we had enough residents attending (or proxies tallied) to establish a quorum on the initial calling, so the meeting commenced on time as planned.
