About The Swimming Pool
We have an excellent swimming pool, complete with shower area, separate mens’ and womens’ restrooms, gazebo, and full featured kitchen.
The swimming pool area can be reserved for family parties.
The swimming pool was resurfaced in March of 2008 and is maintained year round by Pool Butler of Flower Mound.
Pool ranges from 3 ft in the shallow end to 6 ft in the deep end.
Pool area is for residents only. It is secured by a card reader entry system.
About The Tennis Courts
We have two full sized lighted tennis courts, with new nets and wind screens.
Court times can be reserved.
About The Landscaping
Chaucer Estates is fully landscaped with professionally maintained grass areas, shrubs, and trees.
