During this project, we are having 18 panels reappointed (repaired/remortared,), eight panels completely replaced, three columns completely replaced, six limestone column caps installed at the entrance, 46 columns repaired, and a matching “Chaucer Estates” sign put in on the opposite side of the main Frost/Valley Ridge entrance.

The HOA has budgeted for this project and saved for it for years, and we are excited about how great it is soon going to look.
