A quarterly meeting of our Board of Directors of will be held at Trietsch Memorial United Methodist Church (6101 Morriss Rd.) on January 18th . The Regular Session will begin at 7:45pm and the Executive Session will take place at 7:00pm. Homeowners will have the right to speak to the Board in the Regular Session only, and at the time that is devoted to comments by the Owners and discussion of those comments will be scheduled for the end of each meeting. The Board can take no action on any item that is not on the Agenda except in an emergency
Agenda:
1. Election of new positions for board.
2. Discussion and voting on final amendments to required legal documents for rules required for 2012…flags, rain barrels and solar panels.
3. Discuss neighborhood project goals/needs for 2012.
4. Will vote on new fee for new resident move-ins (not applicable to current residents.)
5. Executive session (private…) will discuss current delinquent accounts and steps for collection.
